What does electronic insurance look like and how do I get it?

After filling in all the data, confirming and paying, the finished document will be generated in PDF format and sent to the specified email address within 5 minutes. The electronic insurance policy can be stored on any gadget (laptop, phone, etc.) or printed out if you wish.

What insurance policies are available?

We offer two types of insurance for Ukrainians, namely:

– travel insurance (there are three packages to choose from: Basic, Premium and Basic 70+);

– health insurance (two packages are available: Classic and Safe).

Can I take out insurance while abroad?

Citizens of Ukraine who are abroad can purchase a medical or travel insurance policy. The procedure for issuing a policy is standard, and payment can be made online with a card from anywhere in the world where the citizen is located.

What should I do if I have taken out insurance, but I have not received a confirmation code?

In this case, we recommend reloading the page, clearing the cache, and changing the language on the page. If this does not help, try again in another browser.

What should I do if the policy does not arrive at the specified mail for more than 30 minutes?

If you have taken out and paid for insurance, but have not received the document to the specified mail, please contact our hotline and provide the data that was specified when taking out insurance.

What should I do if I entered incorrect information when applying for an insurance policy?

If you made a mistake when filling out the data and noticed it after taking out the insurance, please contact the Visit Ukraine portal hotline. We will promptly make the necessary changes to the insurance policy.

What should I do if my departure dates have changed?

If you need to make changes to the dates of validity of the insurance policy, you can contact the hotline, but no later than 2 days before the start of the insurance policy. In case of such an application, we will promptly make changes to the dates, and you will receive a document with new dates, but for the same number of days for which the insurance policy was purchased.

Is it safe to buy insurance online?

According to the Law of Ukraine "On E-Commerce," an electronic insurance policy has the same legal force as an offline insurance policy. When you buy a policy, information about the insured person is immediately recorded in the insurance company's database.

You can make payment in any way convenient for you. On our website, you can pay by cryptocurrency, American Express, as well as online card, Apple Pay, Google Pay - from any country in the world.

Is it necessary to print out the insurance purchased online?

The electronic document does not require printing, but you can do so if you wish. 

What should I do in case of an insured event?

In the event of an insured event, the insured person must contact the insurance agent (the assistance company whose contacts are specified in the contract) and inform

– insurance policy number,

– full name of the insured (injured) person;

– place of residence

– contacts for communication;

– the nature of the insured event.

The assistance company will inform you of the next steps and help you resolve any issues.
