Irish low-cost airline Ryanair continues to actively expand its presence in Poland. The airline has announced the launch of six new routes from Wrocław, one of the most convenient Polish airports for Ukrainian travelers.

New destinations this winter

Ryanair's updated winter schedule includes 38 routes, among which are six new popular destinations:

Newcastle (United Kingdom)

London-Luton (United Kingdom)

Seville (Spain)

Pescara (Italy)

Lamezia Terme (Italy)

Athens (Greece)

These routes are particularly attractive for Ukrainians who live or are temporarily staying in Poland, as Wrocław is easily accessible by bus or train from most Ukrainian cities, including Lviv, Ternopil, and Lutsk.

Development of air traffic and new opportunities

Ryanair has seven aircraft based in Wrocław, allowing the company to remain the largest carrier in the region. The company notes that the expansion of its route network will contribute to the development of tourism, the creation of new jobs, and the stimulation of the economy of Lower Silesia.

In 2025, the airline plans to carry more than 2.5 million passengers to and from Wrocław, providing an even greater choice of low-cost flights across Europe.

Special promotion to celebrate the launch

To celebrate the announcement of its winter schedule, Ryanair has launched a special promotion — tickets for flights from Wrocław Airport start at PLN 119 (approximately UAH 1,363 at the exchange rate on October 24, 2025). The offer is valid for a limited time and is only available on the official website ryanair.com

These flights will be a great option for Ukrainians planning to travel around Europe — from a weekend in Italy to holiday trips to Greece or the UK.

We remind you!
The launch of the Entry-Exit System (EES) on October 12 was the most significant change at the EU borders in recent years. The new rules are designed to improve security and migration control, but the first few days turned into chaos — especially for Ukrainians crossing the border with Poland. Queues, glitches, and unprepared infrastructure showed that the system needs refinement. Read how the EES works now and what travelers can expect.
