The Ministry of Internal Affairs has introduced mobile app registration for service centers: how the new feature works

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched a new electronic registration feature via the E-Zaporizhzhya mobile app. Now Ukrainians can quickly and conveniently register for the services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers from their smartphones. Learn how to use the app, what rules and restrictions apply, and how to manage your registration online
The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues its digitalization efforts and has presented a convenient tool for Ukrainians—the ability to sign up for services online through the E-Record app. From now on, waiting in line at the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center is just a few clicks away on your smartphone.
🚗 Do you need car insurance?
On the Visit Ukraine portal, you can choose several types of insurance for your vehicle, including MTPL and Mini Hull insurance. And for travelling abroad, we also have a Green Card available.
How to use the E-Record app?
It's simple. To sign up, you need to:
1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in via ID.GOV.UA — electronic identification ensures security and personalization of services.
3. In the app, go to the “Home” section → “Sign up for a queue” or “E-queue.”
4. Select the desired service, MIA service center, date, and time from the available options.
After that, the user will receive confirmation of the appointment in the form of a notification in the app and an email.
You can change or cancel your appointment
The app makes it easy to manage your appointments:
If your plans have changed, you can cancel online.
A new appointment can be made after the system is updated — approximately 30 minutes later.
Important: you can cancel your visit no later than 2 hours before the specified time.

Dates, limits, and rules
Appointments can be made up to 21 days in advance, with a new day opening every day at 6:00 a.m.
If you fail your driving test, you can re-register after 10 days, on the 11th calendar day.
For individuals, 4 appointments per month, including cancellations.
For legal entities, 4 appointments per day.
If the limit is exceeded, the system will display the following message: “The registration limit has been exceeded based on the applicant's information.”
