The 2025 National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) is underway: the main session has already started, and some participants have already taken the tests. For those planning to study abroad, it is especially important to obtain official confirmation of their results — a transcript of test results.

If you plan to enrol in an educational institution abroad, we recommend that you seek advice from specialists. Lawyers at Visit Ukraine can help you collect documents and find the right university.

When will it be possible to order a transcript?

According to information from Osvita.ua, participants will be able to order an official transcript of their NMT results from 4 July 2025, immediately after the data has been processed and the official results have been published.

How and where to order the document?

After the results are announced on the website of the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA), an online request form will become available. Participants will be able to use it to apply for a transcript. This is an official document signed by the director of the UCEQA and stamped with the institution's seal.

The service is provided free of charge, and the document itself is produced and issued within 5 working days.

Ways to obtain an extract:

▪️ Via Ukrposhta — free of charge, within Ukraine.

▪️ Via Nova Poshta — at the recipient's expense (including courier delivery).

▪️ In person — at the UCEQA office: 5 Volodymyra Vynnychenko Street, Kyiv.

The application service will be available on the UCEQA website. Requests can only be submitted after the official publication of the results, no later than 4 July.

Reminder! The rules of the admission campaign are now applicable to all applicants. Find out when the application process for admission to universities in 2025 will begin, what important dates you should not miss, and how applicants can obtain a state-funded place or a grant for contract-based education.
