Neues E-Registrierungssystem in den MIA-Servicezentren gestartet: Wie melde ich mich an?

Das Ministerium für Innere Angelegenheiten der Ukraine hat ein neues elektronisches Registrierungssystem eingeführt, das die Bereitstellung öffentlicher Dienstleistungen vereinfacht. Starting March 25, 2025, a new electronic recording system (E-recording) for obtaining public services has been introduced at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine. This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The new system is expected to greatly simplify citizens' access to administrative procedures, ensure transparency and minimize queues.

The development and implementation of the electronic record is a joint project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The purpose of the innovation is to increase the efficiency of service centers and improve the quality of service for citizens.

How can I register for service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the E-registration system?

The new system provides two options for registering for services:

● Online - via the official website of the MIA service centers. Appointments are available 21 days in advance.

● Through self-service terminals in service centers - registration is possible for the current day.

What are the limits for registration?

Certain restrictions have been introduced to prevent abuse and evenly distribute the flow of customers:

● Individuals can register no more than 4 times a month online and 4 times a month via the terminal.

● Legal entities have a limit of 4 registrations per day online and 6 registrations per day via the terminal.

Important conditions of registration

● Registration is individual, i.e. only the person whose data is specified during registration can receive the service.

● In case of data discrepancies in the documents, the service center has the right to refuse to provide the service.

● If the client fails to make an appointment 4 times without canceling the appointment, the system automatically blocks the possibility of further registration.

● You can cancel an appointment no later than 2 hours before the scheduled time.

To prevent mass registration through bots and third-party interference, the new system is equipped with modern data protection tools. According to Oleksandr Malysh, head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the system has built-in protection against automated bots, which helps to avoid illegal booking of seats.

What services are available through E-recording?

Through the electronic recording system, citizens can register for:

● passing a theoretical and practical exam to obtain a driver's license

● performing registration actions with vehicles

● exchange or issue a driver's license.
