Wizz Air is strengthening its presence in Poland and opening up new opportunities for travel from Warsaw to popular European cities and resort destinations. The airline is adding five new routes, which will be available from spring 2026 and will make it easier to plan holidays and trips around Europe. Low-cost airline Wizz Air is expanding its Polish network and has announced the launch of five new flights from Warsaw Chopin Airport. This decision was made possible by the addition of another aircraft to the airline's Warsaw base, bringing the total number of aircraft there to 15. This will give passengers more opportunities to travel to popular European holiday and cultural destinations.
What new destinations will Wizz Air open?
According to the airline's official information, the routes will be launched in spring and summer 2026:
▪️ Tallinn, Estonia — from 29 March 2026;
▪️ Menorca (Mahón), Spain — from 29 March 2026;
▪️ Lamezia Terme, Italy — from 30 March 2026;
▪️ Faro, Portugal — from 31 March 2026;
▪️ Brasov, Romania — from 9 June 2026.
These destinations will complement Wizz Air's existing network from Warsaw and make travel from Poland even more accessible and diverse.

Each of the new destinations offers passengers unique opportunities:
Faro provides direct access to the sunny Portuguese region of Algarve — one of Europe's most popular resorts with a mild climate almost all year round. Brașov will become a convenient gateway to Transylvania, a region that combines medieval architecture, natural landscapes and a rich history. Lamezia Terme strengthens connections with southern Italy and makes travel to Calabria easier and more comfortable. Menorca adds another popular Spanish island destination, while Tallinn offers a combination of digital modernity, European service and historical atmosphere.
Reminder! Wizz Air has resumed operations at its base at Suceava Airport, the closest international airport to Ukraine. The airline is launching new flights to European cities and expanding its winter season schedule. Find out which destinations are already available and how to get to the airport.
