International development company ANTA Group, founded by Ukrainian entrepreneur Anton Taranenko, has officially signed an agreement with Radisson Hotel Group to launch the ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu project under the Radisson Individual brand. The new hotel will be the first Radisson Individual property in the Canggu area and will combine high standards of architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. The collaboration confirms the intention of both parties to implement a modern project that meets international requirements and the demands of the global real estate and tourism market. For ANTA Group, this is a strategic step that strengthens the Ukrainian developer's position internationally and reinforces the trust of investors and the professional community.

Cooperation between ANTA Group and Radisson Hotel Group

ANTA Group has officially signed an agreement with Radisson Hotel Group to launch ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu under the Radisson Individual brand. This partnership was a key milestone for the company: the Ukrainian developer was able to implement the project in accordance with international operating standards, including requirements for architecture, engineering, service, and facility management. Radisson Individual is a brand that brings together independent premium hotels, allowing developers to retain their own design and concept while benefiting from the network's systems, including global booking and corporate distribution.

For ANTA Group, the cooperation confirmed that Ukrainian developers are capable of working on the same level as international companies without having to conform to strict franchising standards. The project in Chang demonstrates that Ukrainian businesses can create facilities that meet the demands of the global tourism market and trends in premium recreational real estate.

At the same time, the company is in talks with Radisson Hotel Group about potential development in Ukraine. One possible direction is the opening of a hotel in Lviv, where ANTA Group assesses the likelihood of the project's implementation as high. According to Anton Taranenko, demand for international hotel brands in the city is growing, and the premium hotel segment remains virtually untapped. That is why cooperation with Radisson is seen not only as an export of Ukrainian development, but also as an opportunity for global chains to return to the domestic market.

What is known about the future Radisson project in Lviv?

The area of the future complex is estimated at approximately 6–7 thousand square meters, and the number of rooms is about 100, ranging from 30 to 45 square meters. One of the potential locations is Mitskevych Square, the historic center of Lviv with high demand for accommodation and event infrastructure. The project is currently in the concept approval stage, which usually takes about six months.

The investor considers the likelihood of implementation to be very high, but the exact dates for the start of construction and opening have not yet been determined. Anton Taranenko adds that Radisson's presence in Lviv could be a signal to international players that the Ukrainian market is ready for the return of large investments and the development of tourism infrastructure, even in difficult times.

ANTA Group is considering a combination of business and recreational formats: the project may include conference rooms for events, a spa area, and modern public spaces. The construction of a hotel of this level usually costs between $25 million and $35 million, depending on the concept and engineering solutions.

ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu: important details

ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu is a new hotel project by ANTA Group, implemented in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group under the Radisson Individual brand. The property is located in the Canggu area, near Batu Bolong Beach, one of Bali's most dynamic tourist clusters, known for its combination of surf spots, cafes, coworking spaces, and premium accommodation. According to a universal press release, the hotel will belong to the upper-upscale category and will combine the international standards of the chain with the developer's individual architectural concept.

The project provides for modern infrastructure geared towards different types of guests: remote professionals, family travelers, and business tourists. The complex will feature recreation and work areas, including a coworking space, spa infrastructure, a children's area, restaurants, and open spaces for events. The roof will feature a pool area with panoramic views, in line with the format of international-class resort projects.

Construction is in its final stages: structural work has been completed, and finishing and preparation for the launch of operational processes are underway. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2026, after completion of Radisson certification and system integration. ANTA Hotel Bali Canggu will be Radisson Individual's first project in the Canggu area, strengthening the brand's presence in the region and opening up new opportunities for investment property development.
