The “Reserve+” app, which was originally created as an auxiliary tool for military registration, is rapidly transforming into a full-fledged online military registration center. This was announced by Kateryna Chornienko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development.

According to her, the main goal is to make all procedures related to military registration as simple, digital, and accessible as possible without the need to physically visit territorial recruitment centers.

What is already available in Reserve+?

After more than a year of operation and 22 updates, the app has become a real service hub for millions of Ukrainians. Key features include:

Electronic military document — more than 4.5 million users have already created one in the app.

Correction of errors in personal data — can be done without having to contact the TCK.

Online recruiting — the largest database of vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, tailored to the user's skills. Over 110,000 reviews have been submitted.

Electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission — over 200,000 have already been issued without a single visit to the Military Registration and Enlistment Office.

Online payment of fines — the service is already operational, and soon it will be possible to pay fines for failure to appear when summoned.

Five types of deferrals — one in three in the country is processed through the app.

Access to extended data from the Oberig register — available for download in PDF format.

Automatic registration — all you need to do is log in to “Reserve+” thanks to amendments to CMU Resolution No. 932.

These services have already made life much easier for conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service by minimizing bureaucracy and reducing the workload on recruitment centers.

What will change in the near future?

According to Chornojenko, the Ministry of Defense team is working on expanding the number of online deferrals and launching new services. One of the most imminent is the ability to pay fines for failure to appear when summoned simply via a smartphone.

“Our goal remains the same: to make ‘Reserve+’ a full-fledged online military registration and enlistment center. So that any issue related to military registration is handled quickly, and the necessary data is generated in a few clicks and without bureaucracy,” the deputy minister emphasized.

What is Reserve+ and how do you use it?

“Reserve+” became available to Ukrainians in May 2024 after the updated mobilization law came into force. The app was created as a digital office for conscripts, allowing them to interact with military structures remotely.

Identification in the app is carried out through “Dія.Підпис,” and the first functions only allowed users to update their personal data and generate an electronic military registration document with a QR code.

Today, “Reserve+” is an example of how digitalization can reform a sector that has remained overly paper-based and complex for decades.

We remind you!
The Reserve+ app has become an important tool for citizens subject to mobilization, but many encounter unexpected notifications of violations of military registration rules. This can lead to fines and other consequences.
