The State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS) has introduced an electronic queue for convenient and fast service delivery, which reduces waiting times and helps to plan a visit in advance. What is the electronic queue at the SMS?

If your plans change, you don't need to cancel your appointment yourself - the system will automatically cancel your appointment if you don't show up at the specified time.

1. Go to the official website of the State Migration Service and find the section “Electronic Queue”.
