The Polish Center for International Assistance (PCPM) has announced two new programs to help Ukrainians. Refugees in different cities of Poland will be able to receive up to PLN 6000. Read on to find out who this program is for and how to receive the payment.

Program for Ukrainians who arrived in Poland after February 15, 2023

In addition to the date of crossing the Polish border, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Have a PESEL UKR card;

2. Do not receive three-monthly payments of 710 or 610 PLN from other humanitarian organizations in Poland;

3. One of the members of the family must belong to a vulnerable category of the population, e.g. persons over 60 years of age, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, nursing mothers, single parents or guardians, and citizens in need of emergency or permanent treatment.

This program provides for the payment of funds for each family member, but not more than for 4 people. If there is only one person in the family, he or she will receive 710 PLN.

Larger families will be paid according to the following approach: PLN 710 for the head of the family, PLN 610 for each other member. It should be noted that the maximum amount of assistance for a family is PLN 2540.

The assistance will be paid for three months.
