In 2025, more and more Ukrainian applicants are choosing foreign universities to continue their education.

If you have taken the National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) and are preparing documents for admission outside Ukraine, you should take care of obtaining an extract with your NMT results in advance.

This document may be required for admission to a foreign university, as it contains not only the test results, but also the official signature of the director of the UCEQA and the seal of the institution. This is a confirmation of the validity of the certificate, which may be required by foreign admissions committees.

NMT extract for foreign universities: step-by-step instructions

Who needs an extract?

- To enroll in a Ukrainian higher education institution, you only need an NMT participant certificate and an information card from your personal account.

- For admission to foreign universities, an extract containing the NMT results, certified by the signature of the director of the UCEQA and an official seal, may be required.

Who can submit a request?

Applications can be submitted by:

- participants of the 2025 NMT,

- graduates of previous years who took the NMT or ZNO.

How to order an extract?

There is only one official way – via the electronic form in the Request Form Service on the UCEQA website.

The document is free of charge and will be prepared within 5 working days.

How to obtain an extract?

After submitting your application, you can choose a convenient method of receiving the document:

In person in Kyiv at the following address: 5 Vynnychenko Street.

Through a representative, provided that this is specified in the application.

By mail within Ukraine:

Ukrposhta – free delivery,

Nova Poshta – delivery at the recipient's expense.
