When does the deadline for submitting applications for 1000 UAH end?
Applications for 1000 UAH can only be submitted until 24 December — after this date, applications will no longer be accepted.
The terms of use for the 1,000 UAH depend on the category of recipients
- money from the ‘National Cashback’ card, issued through the ‘Diy’ app, must be used by 30 June 2026;
- recipients of pensions and social benefits through Ukrposhta, who received the assistance automatically or at post offices, must spend the funds by the end of February 2026.
Reminder! The winter support programme is once again helping Ukrainians cope with seasonal expenses: the state credits 1,000 hryvnias to a special account, and these funds can only be spent in certain categories. In 2025–2026, the rules have become stricter, so it is important to understand which purchases are actually allowed. Find out what exactly you can spend your winter thousand on.
