With the onset of cold weather, Warsaw traditionally turns into a real winter capital of active recreation. The city skating rink season started in November 2025 and will last until March 2026. Dozens of rinks will operate in different parts of the city - both free and at affordable prices.


The rinks are suitable for families with children, beginners and experienced skaters. Many locations offer discounts for children, teenagers and Warsaw Card holders, and learning aids are also available.

What is the average cost of ice rinks in Warsaw (season 2025/2026)


On average, the cost of visiting ice rinks in Warsaw remains quite budget-friendly:


- Entrance ticket: PLN 10-22;

- Skate rental: PLN 10-15.


Some locations offer free admission, only equipment rental is charged. Helmets, “penguins” and walkers for training are available at most rinks.


Important! During thaw periods, temporary closures of rinks are possible due to weather conditions.

Targówek – Łabiszyńska 20A


- Open: from November 8;

- Opening hours: 2:00 PM-9:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM on weekends;

- Ticket price: PLN 15, concessionary price – PLN 9, with Warsaw Card – PLN 12/7;

- Skate rental: PLN 10.


Wilanów – Klimczaka 2


- Open: from November 24;

- Opening hours: from 9:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, from 10:00 to 21:00 on weekends;

- Skate rental on site.


Ursynów – Kajakowa 12B


- Open: from November 28;

- Opening hours: daily from 10:00 to 21:00;

- Price: children, youth under 18 and Warsaw Card holders – free of charge, others – PLN 10.


Ochota – Rokosowska 10


- Open: from November 29;

- Opening hours: from 8:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, from 10:00 to 21:00 on weekends;

- Entrance: from 7 to 11 PLN, free with Warsaw and Young Warsaw cards;

- Skate rental – 15 PLN.

Skating rinks that opened in December 2025


Mokotów – Inspektowa 1


- Open: from December 1, 2025;

- Opening hours: from 8:30 to 14:30 and from 18:45 to 20:45 on weekdays, from 12:00 to 14:00, from 15:00 to 17:00, from 18:00 to 20:00 on weekends;

- Entrance: standard ticket – PLN 22, concessionary ticket – PLN 14, for Varsovian Card holders – PLN 18/11;

- Rental: skates – PLN 10, penguin – PLN 15, helmet – PLN 5, wardrobe – PLN 2.


Targówek – Park Bródnowski


- Open: from December 1, 2025;

- Opening hours: daily from 10:30 to 22:00 (sessions last 75 minutes);

- Admission: free;

- Skate rental: PLN 10.


Wilanów – Gubinowska 28/30


- Open: from December 1, 2025;

- Opening hours: from 8:00 to 21:30 on weekdays, 10:00 to 21:30 on weekends;

- Admission: standard ticket PLN 15, concession PLN 12, for Varsovian Card holders PLN 13/10;

- Skate rental: PLN 15, sharpening PLN 20.

- Open: from December 3, 2025;

- Opening hours: from 10:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 15:00, 16:00 to 18:00, 19:00 to 21:00;

- Entrance: ticket PLN 10;

- Rental: skates – PLN 10, penguin – PLN 10, helmet – PLN 5.

- Open: from December 4, 2025;

- Opening hours: 10:00–13:00, 14:00–17:00, 18:00–21:00;

- Admission: free;

- Skate rental: free, deposit PLN 50.


Wawer – V Poprzeczna 22


- Open: from December 6, 2025;

- Opening hours: daily from 9:00 to 20:45;

- Admission: standard ticket – PLN 13, concession ticket – PLN 8, group ticket – PLN 5, Varsovian Card holders – PLN 10/PLN 8;

- Rental: skates – PLN 10.


Żoliborz – Potocka 1 


- Open: from December 6, 2025;

- Opening hours: 8:00–22:00;

- Entrance: regular ticket PLN 14, concession ticket PLN 8;

- Skate rental: PLN 10, penguin ticket PLN 15.


Praga-Południe – al. Stanów Zjednoczonych 24 


- Open: from December 6, 2025;

- Opening hours: Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 15:00 (organized groups), public entrance Mon-Fri from 16:00 to 20:00, Sat-Sun from 9:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00;

- Skate rental: first hour PLN 10, each subsequent hour PLN 8.

Important! Operation depends on weather conditions.


Wesoła – Armii Krajowej 72 


- Open: from December 7;

- Opening hours: weekdays from 16:00 to 21:00, weekends from 10:00 to 21:30;

- Admission: free;

- Skate and roller skate rental is free, deposit of PLN 10 is refundable.


Torwar


- Admission: adults – PLN 23, concessions – PLN 17;

- Skate rental – PLN 15;

- Additional equipment: helmets and training walkers are available.


Additional winter entertainment


During winter holidays and holidays, many skating rinks are scheduled to host:


- animations for children;

- themed events;

- holiday sessions and even New Year's Eve on ice.
