Poland is preparing for one of the most large-scale events in the systems of stay of Ukrainians with timely preservation. In 2025, in Ukraine, with the status of PESEL UKR, it will be possible to create a new triple CUKR beating card - a modern digital document that actually replaces the temporary regime and becomes a stable basis for life, work and integration in Poland.

The law was also approved by the parliament, and now it was sent to the president for signature. After that, the contractor will announce the exact time after the launch of the electronic system.

I have selected all the key details: how to apply, how to make a digital registration as quickly as possible, what rights the CUKR card gives and about any interference in a noble place.

Are you going abroad by car? Don't forget about your Green Card! At Visit Ukraine, you can choose from offers from various insurers and apply for insurance in 5 minutes.

What is a Polish card beaten by CUKR?

CUKR (frequently regulated question of residence) is a new type of length of stay, which is of significant importance for residents of Ukraine and members of their families who are staying in Poland to establish a time balance.

Being a determining factor in Poland, CUKR has become a correct "mystic" from temporary preservation to a more stable employment status - access to the labor market, social rights and the opportunity to plan life in Poland for a thousand years ahead.

What can I claim for a CUKR card?

You can apply for a CUKR card in Ukraine, for example:

- Come to Poland for the presentation of Timo Zahyst watches;

- Had UKR status as of June 4, 2025;

- Receive UKR status on the day of application submission;

- They store it continuously for less than 365 days.

Can I choose a CUKR card in Poland with children?

In addition, on the right side of the CUKR card there are separate categories of children:

1. Children who came to Ukraine

Under the condition that they are in Poland legally, they can acquire UKR status and maintain the same conditions as adults.

Declare that one of the children has legal grounds.

2. Children born in Poland

For some children of nationalities in Poland, there are additional possibilities: legal status according to the establishment of a temporary calendar, availability of UKR on the day of application, children are required to have CUKR and will legally arrive in Poland on February 24, 2022.

This point is important: it is necessary to select the card actually "together" from the hand, and not before.

How to apply for a CUKR card?

The reason for applying for a digital CUKR card. The application can be completed online - through the MOS (Moduł Obsługi Spraw) system.

Application deadlines for CUKR

Step 1 – Open new events in MOS.

If you are in the office in the old version, you will have to restructure again.

Step 2 – Go through login.gov.pl.

Step 3 – Repeat the electronic form (all necessary data).

Step 4 – Write one of three ways: Trusted Profile, electronic list or electronic document (signature of features).

Step 5 – Supplements to the application: a digital photograph, two confirmed payments (340 zlotys for viewing the application, 100 zlotys for making cards).

After the control system automatically displays the UPR - confirmed submission.

Until now, the applicant will be called once - when the card is ready for viewing.

In what cases will you say that CUKR can be removed?

The electronic system will automatically display requests that do not have the following data in your PESEL UKR profile:

- passport data;

- cancellation of fingers;

- handwritten list (for children over 12 years old).

Individuals can also be seen:

- entered in the register of non-profits in Poland;

- what is happening with the fence in Schengen (SIS);

- as a threat to public order or security;

- who have not abolished unjustified payments.

What rights does the CUKR card give Ukrainians in Poland?

The CUKR card opens up almost all the possibilities that a standard temporary residence permit has:

1. Legal residence for 3 years. Without the need to extend the temporary protection status.

2. Full access to the labor market. You can work without permits, declarations or employer reporting.

3. The right to open and run a business. On the same terms as Polish citizens.

4. Travel within the Schengen area for up to 90/180 days

5. The possibility of accumulating experience to obtain:

- permanent residence permit,

- long-term EU resident permit.

The period of stay on the CUKR will be counted towards these terms.

What restrictions does the CUKR card have for Ukrainians?

By receiving the CUKR card, the applicant automatically loses the UKR status.

This is especially important for those who receive payments or assistance tied to this status.

However, most standard support programs (including 800+) remain available if the family meets the conditions.

CUKR holders are also required to:

- notify of a change of address within 15 business days;

- not leave Poland for more than 6 months, otherwise the permit will be canceled;

- collect the card within 60 days after notification of its readiness.

When will the MOS system be launched?

The official launch date will be announced after the president signs the law. The government emphasizes that the launch will take place in stages, and the entire system is designed to avoid queues, chaos and excessive load on the roads.

Are you planning to travel abroad in your own car - for a trip, to visit relatives or for work? Then you definitely need a Green Card - an international insurance policy that protects the driver in any country participating in the system. Without it, it is simply impossible to cross the border by car.

What exactly does the Green Card cover?

The Green Card works on the same principle as the Ukrainian civil insurance policy. If an accident occurs, the insurer compensates for:

- damage caused to the health and life of third parties;

- material damage caused to their property;

- expenses of the victims associated with the accident.

This means that in any country where the system operates, you will not have to cover huge bills for car repairs, treatment of victims or other expenses yourself - everything is taken care of by the insurance company.

You can apply for an international civil insurance policy online in a few minutes - without queues, papers and overpayments.

Protect yourself on the road - apply for a Green Card now!

Reminder! Poland is updating the rules for the stay of foreigners. We have already told you how the new procedures will work, who can get a CUKR card and what will change in the procedure for submitting documents.
