Demand for imported cars has risen again among Ukrainians: which brands are most commonly imported?
Interest in foreign cars is growing rapidly in Ukraine — in October alone, Ukrainians registered more than 26,000 used passenger cars. Petrol cars dominate the market, but electric cars continue to hold strong positions, with Volkswagen and Tesla models remaining in the lead. Find out which brands and models Ukrainians import most often and how demand has changed over the year.
At the end of autumn, the Ukrainian car market is once again showing a surge: interest in used cars from Europe and the United States is growing steadily. In October alone, Ukrainians registered more than 26,100 imported passenger cars, which is 60% more than a year ago. Compared to September, the dynamics are also positive: +12%. This is evidenced by data from Ukravtoprom.
Imports remain one of the key sources of vehicle fleet renewal in Ukraine, especially given the high cost of new cars. Buyers continue to prefer proven models from Germany, France, the US and the Netherlands.
