In 2024, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed Decree No. 748/2024, establishing a new date for the celebration. Previously, Ukraine celebrated Engineering Forces Day and Rocket Forces and Artillery Day on the same day — November 4.

These dates are not just days on the calendar. They are reminders of those who risk their lives every day to defend Ukraine.
