If there are discrepancies between Rezerv+ and your paper military document, you must personally contact the TCC and submit an application to correct the data in the Oberig registry. Learn how to avoid problems due to inaccuracies in military records and how to correctly update your data
After launching the Reserve+ mobile app, many users noticed that the data in their digital profiles did not always match the information in their paper military registration documents. Such discrepancies can cause misunderstandings during verification or updating of records in the Oberig registry. This was reported by experts from the Uristy.UA portal.
Experts emphasize that inaccuracies must be corrected officially, as this data forms the basis of the electronic military registration database.
Below, we explain what to do if you find errors in your personal information in Reserve+.

The data in “Reserve+” does not match your military document: what should you do?
The only official way to correct errors is to submit an application to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) with a request to make changes to the data in the “Oberig” registry.
Lawyer Vladislav Derii explains that the fastest way to resolve the issue is to apply in person:
“The fastest option is to apply to the TCC in person,” said the expert.
Vyacheslav Kyrda, a lawyer from Chernihiv, also emphasizes that electronic or remote methods are not currently available:
“Contact the TCC and SP in person only — this will significantly speed up the resolution of the issue.”
Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan clarified that documents confirming the accuracy of your data should be attached to the application, after which authorized employees will make changes to the system:
“You must submit an application to the TCC requesting that the data in the Register be corrected.”

Other updates in “Reserve+”
After the latest update of the “Reserve+” application, some users saw a new status — “requires basic military training.” As explained by Galina Volovina, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, this message means that the military registry does not contain data on the military specialty of a particular person.
In addition, the app now offers the option to pay a fine for failure to register for military service in case of a change of residence — directly online.
If you have questions about updating military registration data, avoiding fines or correctly completing documents, professional legal advice will help you act safely and legally. Our experts will explain your responsibilities in detail, check the availability of documents and tell you how to correctly update information in the CCC, the Central Service Center or through the Reserve+ application.
Contact an experienced lawyer today to avoid misunderstandings and administrative liability.
Reminder! We previously reported that mobilization in Ukraine is ongoing. Therefore, every conscript must update their data, undergo a medical examination, use the Reserve+ app, and comply with military registration requirements. Violations are punishable by a fine of up to UAH 25,500. Find out who needs to update their military registration data and how to do it in our article.
