Improved connections for residents of other cities
The change in the route is also of great importance for residents of Tyachiv, Khust, Teresva, Korolevo, Vynogradiv, Berehove, and Solotvyno. Now, with train No. 39/40, these cities have direct access to the Chop junction station and international destinations.
For example, a resident of Khust will be able to travel to Chop without changing trains and board a train to Prague or Budapest, and upon return, immediately continue their journey to their hometown.
