Against the backdrop of the escalating situation in the Middle East, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an important warning to all citizens in Israel and Iran. Ukrainian diplomats have been instructed to start compiling evacuation lists and developing evacuation routes. Given the real threats, the authorities recommend that Ukrainians leave the territory of both countries as soon as possible until the situation stabilizes.

Why are Ukrainians advised to leave Israel and Iran urgently?

According to official information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the situation in the region has significantly deteriorated. The increase in shelling, political tensions, and the threat of new military actions pose a critical danger to the civilian population, including foreigners.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine strongly recommends not waiting for critical events to unfold, but leaving countries where the situation could quickly spiral out of control in advance. This advice is not just a precaution, but part of a clearly planned state policy to protect its citizens.

Where can I find information about evacuation from Israel and Iran?

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, information on possible evacuation routes is available on the official Facebook pages of the Ukrainian embassies in the State of Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran:

Embassy of Ukraine in Israel

Embassy of Ukraine in Iran

Diplomats urge people to stay in touch, regularly check messages on official websites, and, if possible, report their location in advance.

How to evacuate from Israel and Iran on your own?

According to official information published on the websites of these countries' embassies, independent travel is possible but involves a number of risks. In Israel, in particular, the crossings are located in the southern and eastern border areas, where there may be increased danger and difficult climatic conditions. In the crossing area, there may be shelling, traffic jams, and closures without warning. Therefore, the embassy cannot guarantee a successful crossing under the current state of emergency and constant missile threat.
