Austria has opened registration for a paid internship program for Ukrainian women who have found themselves in the country due to the war. The program offers three months of practical training at leading institutions, a monthly stipend of up to €1,200, language support, and access to educational events and professional communities. A great opportunity for Ukrainian women seeking professional development abroad: a new phase of the prestigious Professional Integration HUB 3.0 program has started in Austria.


The program is aimed at Ukrainian women who were forced to move to Austria due to the war and want to integrate into the local professional environment.


Participants will not only gain valuable work experience in leading Austrian companies, but also receive a monthly stipend.


Who can apply?


The program is designed specifically for Ukrainian women who:


- Have moved to Austria due to the full-scale war in Ukraine;

- Have a university degree and at least 3 years of professional experience;

- Speak English and German (level B1 or higher);

- Have a valid work permit for Austria.


This is a great opportunity for qualified professionals to put their skills to use in an international environment and adapt to the local job market.

What does the internship entail?


Professional Integration HUB 3.0 is a three-month paid internship with comprehensive support. Conditions:


Duration: September 1 to November 30, 2025.

Locations: The internship takes place in leading companies, institutions, and organizations in Austria. The list of partners is constantly expanding.

Financial support: monthly stipend of up to €1,200 (for full-time employment — 40 hours per week).

Educational program: webinars, study visits, workshops on career development and integration into the professional environment.

Language support: a professional German language club to help improve communication skills in a business context.

Networking and community: participants join the active YOU!Community, where they can exchange experiences, contacts, and ideas.


Why is this necessary?


For many Ukrainian women who have found themselves in Austria due to the war, integrating into a new environment is a challenge. Professional Integration HUB 3.0 helps not only to resume professional activities, but also to build self-confidence, build a career in a new country, expand your network of contacts, and gain access to modern labor markets.
