The passport service of SE Document in Bratislava is now open at a new address: details

For Ukrainians living in Slovakia, there is important news - on May 27, 2025, the State Enterprise “Document” in Bratislava started receiving citizens at a new address:
📍 6A Prievozska Street, Pressburg Tower, Bratislava.
This move is intended to make the service even more convenient - the office is located in a modern business center with a parking lot for visitors.
What services are available in the new center?
At the new location of the Passport Service, citizens of Ukraine can use all basic services, including:
🔹 Issuance of an ID card or passport - for those who receive documents for the first time, or in case of loss, theft or expiration of an old document.
🔹 Exchange of existing documents:
- An ID card or a foreign passport - in case of change of personal data (for example, after changing the surname), damage to the document or expiration of its validity;
- a paper passport of the 1994 model - for a modern ID-card (upon request or in case of unusability).
🔹 Issuance of the first ID-card - for teenagers who have reached the age of 14.
📝 How to sign up?
For the convenience of visitors, there are two formats for submitting documents:
1️⃣ Electronic queue - registration is carried out online through the website. This guarantees accurate appointment times and minimizes waiting time.
2️⃣ Live queue - an opportunity to apply without an appointment. Ideal for those who could not register online or need urgent paperwork.

The Center is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00, which allows you to choose a convenient day and time for your visit.
