In 2025, Ukrainian applicants seeking to enter a master's degree program will have to pass the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE). These exams are a mandatory part of the admission campaign and are held both in Ukraine and abroad.

According to Osvita.ua, temporary exam centers will be organized not only in Ukraine but also in a number of foreign cities.

How to choose a city to take exams abroad?

When registering for testing, an applicant who is abroad must indicate the country and city where he or she wishes to take the EIT or EFL. It is important to note that:

The list of cities and countries is determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Examination centers will be established only in 15 cities in 7 countries.
