‘Ukrzaliznytsia continues to update its route schedule and introduce new services across Ukraine. On 9 March, several new trains will enter service, improving connections between major cities and popular tourist destinations.

What trains are being launched by UZ?

▪️ Train 168/167 Lviv - Odesa - Lviv This train will run from 9 March, providing convenient connections between Lviv and Odesa. The train departs from Lviv at 07:26 and arrives in Odesa at 18:17. In the opposite direction, departure from Odesa is at 07:53 and arrival in Lviv is scheduled for 18:23.

Price: from 961 UAH (compartment) to 2356 UAH (suite).

▪️ Train #265/266 Kyiv - Odesa - Kyiv Also, from 9 March, the train service between Kyiv and Odesa will be resumed. The train departs from Kyiv at 08:33 and arrives in Odesa at 18:08. It departs back at 11:27 and arrives in Kyiv at 20:42. This is a great opportunity for those who want to visit Odesa or travel comfortably between the capital and the sea.

Price: from 900 UAH (compartment) to 2204 UAH (suite).

▪️ Train #159/160 Kyiv - Truskavets - Kyiv For fans of the Carpathian Mountains, Ukrzaliznytsia is launching an additional train service between Kyiv and Truskavets. The train will depart from Kyiv on 16 and 30 March at 10:16 and arrive in Truskavets at 19:37. In the opposite direction, the train will depart from Truskavets at 08:33 and arrive in Kyiv at 19:11. This is great news for those looking for convenient ways to get to the famous resorts of the Carpathians.

Price: 490 UAH (reserved seat), 900 UAH (compartment) to 2204 UAH (suite).

Other updates

In addition, the carrier is updating the flagship train on the Kyiv-Rakhiv route. This train is now called ‘Hutsulshchyna’ and offers additional comfort and safety for passengers. This is the seventh flagship train in the UZ collection.

What the flagship train includes:

🔻 Additional security elements: video surveillance in the corridor, sound alarms and panic buttons in the compartments.

🔻 Changing tables in some new carriages and mobile playpens.

🔻 Inclusive carriage with ramps.

🔻 A playroom for children.

Train №95/96 Kyiv - Rakhiv departs from Kyiv at 19:57 and arrives in Rakhiv at 09:50. In the opposite direction, departure from Rakhiv is at 19:43 and arrival in Kyiv is scheduled for 10:01.

Price: from 456 UAH (compartment) to 2002 UAH (suite).
