The new Concierge service, available at Kyiv railway station, is designed specifically for those who value their time and prefer to travel with maximum convenience. This service makes travelling easy, pleasant and organised.

What does the Concierge service offer?

The service is available for both outbound passengers and those arriving in Kyiv.

Here's what's included in the package:

• Free parking near the lounge, where you can safely unload or load your luggage.

• Lounge access: a full hour of comfort, including tea or coffee of your choice.

• Personal manager: escorts the passenger to the train through a separate exit, eliminating queues and delays.

• Assistance with luggage to free you from unnecessary hassle.

Services for those arriving:

• A personal manager will meet you right outside the carriage, holding a tablet with your name on it, and guide you to the exit through a separate passageway.

• Assistance with luggage for your convenience.

• Lounge visit: an hour of relaxation with drinks after the journey.

• Free parking for meeting or loading your luggage.

Children under 7 years old are provided with the service free of charge.

How to order the Concierge service?

The service is available on the Visit Ukraine portal as follows: home page → Travel section → Concierge service.

To apply for the service, you will need to fill out a booking form, indicating:

🔻 Name and surname of the passenger, contact details.

🔻 Date and time of the trip.

🔻 Train and carriage number.

🔻 Whether you need help with luggage.

🔻 Car number (if parking is required).

Next, you need to pay for the service by receiving a payment link. In the end, you will receive a QR code that you will need to present to your personal manager to provide the service.

The cost of the Concierge service is just over $30.

Please note that in the event of an air raid, the lounge is temporarily closed, but passengers are escorted to a shelter or taken through an underground passage. Other services are provided in full.

Can I get a refund?

▪️ 100% (one hundred per cent) of the price of the paid services, provided that the order is cancelled 24 hours or more before the time of service provision specified in the order;

▪️ 50% (fifty percent) of the price of the paid services if the order is cancelled less than 24 hours and more than 50 minutes before the time of service provision specified in the order.
