On July 22, the eCherha service for trucks was launched at the Krasnoyilsk-Vicovu de Sus border crossing point with Romania. This was reported by the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development.
eCherha in line at the Krasnoilsk-Vicovu de Sus checkpoint
The eCherha service has expanded its operation at the Krasnoilsk-Vicovu de Sus checkpoint on the border with Romania. It has become the 16th checkpoint to use the online registration system for trucks. Starting July 22, empty trucks can cross this checkpoint only by appointment through the official website echerha.gov.ua or the corresponding app.
Launch of the eCherha: conditions
Registration in the eCherha system started on July 21 at 12:00, and the actual movement of trucks under the new registration began on July 22 at 12:00. This is intended to improve logistics and reduce queues at the border.

ECherha system at other checkpoints
As of today, the eCherha service is available at 15 international truck checkpoints. Together with Krasnoilsk-Vicovia de Sousse, this list has expanded to 16. Since the system's launch, 1 million 38 thousand trucks have crossed the border by online registration.
It is worth noting that the introduction of the eCherha system greatly facilitates the border crossing process for truck drivers. It reduces waiting time, avoids congestion at checkpoints and improves the efficiency of customs services. Drivers can plan their route and time of border crossing in advance, which contributes to better organization of cargo transportation.
The Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine plans to further expand the eCherha service to other international border crossing points. This will help to make the border crossing process even more convenient and faster for all participants in cargo transportation.
