According to Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Malyar, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is on the way to eliminating queues for military clinical examination board. From now on, amendments to the laws allow you to register in the queue for the military clinical examination online. 

In which cities are electronic queues for the MCE available?

After the project's test mode is completed, the head of a medical unit from any city will be able to register servicemen in advance to see a narrow-profile specialist or undergo a full medical examination, choosing the day and time they need. As a result, the military will no longer have to wait in queues and waste their time.

The largest number of people are currently undergoing military clinical examinations in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Odesa. In view of this, the test mode was first launched in these cities. 

In May, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to switch all military medical examinations to an electronic recording system.

Changes and simplifications for military personnel in the process of passing the MCE

The adopted amendments to the laws also provide for:

• Improving and speeding up the process of issuing a certificate of circumstances in which injuries, contusions and other traumas were sustained. It will now be easier to obtain a certificate, both on the basis of the results of relevant official and special investigations and without them;
• simplification of the procedure for obtaining the conclusions of the military hospital commission for treatment or leave;
• expanding the list of healthcare institutions where the MCEs will be established (these include security and safety institutions, as well as state and municipal healthcare institutions).

The Ministry of Defense has officially launched a section for servicemen that redirects users to the Turbota website.

According to Deputy Minister of Defense Malyar, the website has an intuitive interface, which makes it very easy to use. 

Every serviceman can easily find answers to all questions regarding treatment, passing a military hospital commission or receiving payments after being wounded. 

In addition, the website contains:

• A clear algorithm of actions to be followed by the wounded - the "Handbook for a serviceman after being wounded";
• all the necessary sample reports;
• step-by-step instructions for obtaining the status of a combatant, a certificate of a person with a disability, prosthetics, etc.
