The Ministry of Digital Affairs presented new automatic services for internally displaced persons in Diia. From now on, you can not only issue payments and get a certificate of IDP online.

In particular, the following functions became available:

• change of place of registration (if you moved to another city of Ukraine),

• cancellation of IDP status (if returned home).

Both services are automatic. This means that the process takes place without the participation of a civil servant, and you no longer need to wait for his decision.

As you know, in the past, in order to receive services for displaced persons, it was necessary to come to the social security authorities in the locality where you are temporarily staying. Now this is possible in a few clicks in the "Diia" application.

Pay attention! The new services can be used by Ukrainians who have an IDP certificate in "Diia".

In addition, to change the place of registration of an IDP, it is necessary to physically be at the place of temporary residence to confirm geolocation.

From now on, it is also possible to cancel the IDP status on the "Diia" portal. Internally displaced persons who have returned to their place of permanent residence and do not have a smartphone can cancel their status without visiting state institutions - on the "Diia" portal through any gadget.

How to do it?

• log in to the "Diia" portal;

• select the "Cancellation of IDP status" service and fill in the necessary data;

• check the generated application and sign it with an electronic signature.
