The Reserve+ app now has a new feature: notifications about paper summonses sent by post from the territorial recruitment and social support centre (TRSSC). These notifications are for information purposes only and do not constitute proof of delivery. This was announced by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The development of Reserve+ continues as part of the digital ecosystem of military registration and communication between the state and conscripts. One of the key vectors is the notification service, which allows users to quickly find out about changes in their status and important actions on the part of the TCC.

What messages are sent to Reserve+?

At the moment, the app already sends push notifications about a number of events related to military registration. In particular, users receive notifications about being placed on or removed from the wanted list, violations of registration rules and the imposition of fines, updates to data and the Reserve ID, the granting of deferrals or reservations, as well as the receipt of an electronic referral to the military medical commission.

Now, notifications about the TVK and SP sending paper summonses by post have been added to this list. The function can be enabled in the app settings. It allows you to find out in advance about the fact of sending a registered letter and prepare for its receipt through Ukrposhta, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and missing important correspondence.

A notification about a summons is not the same as the delivery of a summons!

The Ministry of Defence emphasises that such a notification does not replace the official delivery procedure and does not have any legal consequences in itself. Its purpose is to inform and increase the transparency of interaction between conscripts and military registration authorities.

Reminder! The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has expanded the capabilities of the ‘Reserve+’ application by adding a new category of citizens who are eligible for automatic deferment from mobilisation. Find out who else is eligible for electronic deferment and how to apply for it through the application without visiting the TCC.
