How to choose a tour and what to consider before traveling

Planning a vacation in the Carpathians is always a pleasant process, but at the same time it requires attention to detail. Here are some tips that will help make your trip comfortable and safe:

- What to bring with you?

The weather in the Carpathians can change quickly, so take care of comfortable clothing for different conditions: a light raincoat, a fleece jacket, changeable shoes for mountain routes. Be sure to take a first aid kit, insect repellent, and sunscreen. In high-mountain villages, terminals sometimes do not work, so cash is a must-have.

- How to check the weather?

To check the weather in the Carpathians, you can use mobile applications or websites with weather forecasts - AccuWeather, The Weather Channel, Weather Underground. But even if rain is promised - in the Carpathians it may only be a short fog or a thunderstorm at night.

- Where to book tours?

The most convenient option is to book tours online at Visit Ukraine. Here are verified offers, with the ability to filter by topic (relaxation, gastro, extreme), destinations, duration and budget. Each tour is accompanied by a detailed description and support at all stages of the trip.
