Ukrainian Cossack Day is a Ukrainian holiday celebrated annually on October 1, the day of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin. Before the reform of the church calendar in 2023, Cossack Day was celebrated on October 14. This holiday is dedicated to honoring the exploits of the Cossacks and the influence of their traditions on Ukrainian culture.
