The Estonian Refugee Council in Ukraine has launched an online registration for multi-purpose financial assistance. The amount of payments will be UAH 3,600 per month for three months, according to the fund's website.

Ukrainians will be paid more than UAH 10 thousand: how to get it

Low-income households in Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions can receive financial support. Cash payments are provided to the most vulnerable people to cover basic needs such as food, temporary housing and hygiene products.

The amount of financial assistance is UAH 3,600 per month per 1 household member for 3 months.

Who can receive the funds?

The criteria for participation in the program are as follows:

• a single mother or father with children;

• families where a woman is the sole breadwinner;

• households with pregnant women;

• families with 3 or more children under 18 years of age;

• with children under 2 years of age;

• persons with disabilities of group 1 or 2;

• persons with serious illnesses and in need of expensive treatment;

• households consisting of elderly people (60+);
• households with fully or partially destroyed housing;

• households whose members were injured or killed in active hostilities.

How do I register for benefits?

Families affected by military-related emergencies - displaced, evacuated or directly affected by shelling/rocket attacks - can register for financial assistance. Households in the temporarily occupied territories can also apply.

Payments will be made only after an individual assessment of families. It is important to note that the presence of a vulnerability category is not a guarantee of receiving financial assistance. 

Funds will be transferred to the bank accounts specified by the applicant.
