Citizens of Ukraine have the opportunity to obtain certain educational documents using the Unified State Electronic Database of Education (EDBO) service through the Diia.Signature service. 

We will tell you what documents can be obtained from the EDBO further in the article.

The state electronic database contains documents on secondary, higher and professional education. Users can also get all the information about the type, number, series of diplomas or certificates, as well as the institutions that issued them. 

Who can issue an eDocument of Education?

Any person who has reached the age of 14 can create educational documents for free.

How to get educational documents online? 

In order to obtain a diploma or certificate of education online through Diia.Signature, you need to follow these steps: 

1️⃣ Go to the registry page https://info.edbo.gov.ua/check-person/;

2️⃣ Choose the authorization service "Diia.Signature";

3️⃣ Scan a special QR code through the Diia application and pass identification;

4️⃣ Receive the file online or an extract by e-mail.
