Ukrzaliznytsia has launched an additional Intercity+ route #741/742 connecting Kyiv and Lviv. A double-decker Skoda train will serve the route during peak days and holidays. This was reported by the company's press service.

UZ appointed a new train #741/742 Kyiv - Lviv: schedule and route

The schedule of the Intercity+ train Kyiv - Lviv is as follows:

• The train will depart from Kyiv on 22, 24, 28, 30 December and 1, 2, 5, 7 January at 14:58, arriving in Lviv at 20:56;

• From Lviv, the train will depart on December 23, 25, 29, 31, and January 2, 3, 6, 8 at 8:05 a.m., arriving in Kyiv at 14:10 a.m.

Passengers will have the opportunity to transfer in Lviv from a Warsaw flight via Rava-Ruska. 

In addition, for the duration of the Intercity+ destination, train No. 729/730 with seating cars will change its schedule to Cherkasy.

An additional train No. 159/160 Kyiv - Truskavets (via Lviv) is also being launched. It will depart from Kyiv on 23 and 29 December at 10:24, arriving in Truskavets at 19:35. In the opposite direction, the train will depart on 23 and 29 December at 8:26, arriving in Kyiv at 18:44.
