Litauen erlaubte ukrainischen Unternehmern, keine Steuern zu zahlen
Ukrainian sole proprietors that arrived in Lithuania after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine may not pay taxes if they work under old contracts. This is stated in the notification of the Lithuanian Tax Inspectorate.
It is noted that if citizens of Ukraine who fled the war and found refuge in Lithuania, work under contracts concluded before February 24, 2022, they are not required to pay taxes and submit a declaration.
At the same time, if sole proprietor live in Lithuania, have received refugee status and concluded new contracts already in this country, they must pay taxes and submit a declaration. After all, then the person is considered a full-fledged taxpayer on the territory of Lithuania.
