HELP

IDPs who applied for financial assistance through the Diia application before April 30 and have not yet received payments will be able to receive them by re-applying to the social protection authorities. The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on August 19.

Action algorithm:

1. Before October 1, 2022, apply to the social protection authority with a relevant application

2. Provide information stored on phone confirming the fact of applying through the Diia application

3. Assistance is credited within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application
