Porta Ferrada Festival

Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Costa Brava. July 12–20, 2025

One of Spain's oldest summer festivals (founded in 1958), Porta Ferrada takes place in a port town near a Benedictine monastery. The program is always rich in jazz, flamenco, classic rock, and world music.

This year's stars:

Brad Mehldau Trio — world-class improvisational pianist

Miguel Poveda — one of the best contemporary flamenco performers

As well as other artists from the Spanish stage and ethnic music

Sons del Món

Roses, Empuriabrava, Castell de Peralada (Catalonia). July 25–August 10, 2025

“Sounds of the World” is a festival that combines music and the wine culture of Empordà. Concerts take place in ancient Roman amphitheatres, castles, on beaches and among vineyards.

This year's headliners:

Zaz — French singer with the hypnotic energy of chanson noir

The Beach Boys — living legends of the California wave

Sopa de Cabra — Catalan rock band from the 90s

Rizomes (Girona, Spain)

June 20–22, 2025

Tickets from €60 (one day), €110 (all three days)

Ecosystem + art + music in the forest; area for planting trees. A combination of ecology, architecture, electronics, and experimentation — an atmospheric “eco-camp.”

This is not just a festival — it is a philosophy of “minimal impact on nature,” with biodegradable installations, responsible water use, and temporary communications without chemicals. Ideal for creatives who think “green.”

Open'er Festival (Gdynia, Poland)

July 2–5, 2025. Located near the Baltic Sea, on an old military airfield.

Tomorrowland (Brugge, Belgium)

Rock en Seine (Paris, France)

August 20–24, 2025

A combination of rock atmosphere and artistic context close to Paris; you can combine city tourism and festival mood.

Superbloom (Munich, Germany)

August 30–31, 2025. Festival and city fest format in Olympic Park.

Cap Roig Festival

Costa Brava, Cap Roig Botanical Garden (between Calella de Palafrugell and L'Aiguila). July 12–August 18, 2025.

This festival takes place in the open air in one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in Europe, overlooking the sea. Cap Roig Festival is known for its eclectic program: jazz, pop, rock, classical, Spanish, and international pop music are all featured here.
