The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced the launch of beta testing of a new service in the Diia app - online replacement of the vehicle registration certificate (registration certificate). This will allow car owners to replace a lost or damaged document, as well as update data or change a license plate without visiting the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The new feature in Diia allows car owners to replace their vehicle registration certificate online. This is especially useful in cases of loss or damage to the document, change of personal data or license plate. The procedure will take place entirely online, without the need to visit service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Who can become a beta tester?

Citizens of Ukraine who meet the following criteria are invited to participate in beta testing.

- Age of 18 years or older.

- Availability of a tax identification number in Diia.

- Have a biometric document (passport or residence permit) in the application.

- You are the owner of a car, and the registration certificate is already available in Diia.

How can I join the beta testing?

To become a beta tester of the new service, follow these steps.
