Yes, Egyptian citizens who legally reside in the Czech Republic (or another EU country), for example, with a valid temporary residence permit, can apply for a Ukrainian tourist visa. In the Czech Republic, this can be done through:

● Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in Prague;

● Visa Center of Ukraine in the Czech Republic (VFS Global).

This means that you do not need to return to your home country - applications are accepted from residents regardless of citizenship.

What documents are required to apply for a tourist visa to Ukraine?

For Egyptian citizens (visa category: type C - short-term, tourist), the standard package of documents includes:

1. A completed visa application form (in Ukrainian or English);

2. Valid passport (valid for at least 3 months after the end of the trip, at least 2 blank pages);

3. A copy of the residence permit (in this case - temporary residence in the Czech Republic);

4. A 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo (color, on a light background);

Are there any special requirements for Egyptian nationals with a Czech residence or a residence permit in another EU country?

Yes, there are two key conditions:

● The person must be legally residing in the country (in this case, the Czech Republic) at the time of application (hold a valid residence permit);
