What is the declaration for?

The declaration confirms that the company's equipment and working conditions comply with all Ukrainian legislation. Previously, to submit such a document, you had to prepare a lot of paper certificates and personally visit government agencies. Now, the whole process takes just a few minutes and is completed online through the Diia portal.

How to file a declaration on the Diia portal?

1. Log in to the Diia portal (diia.gov.ua).

2. Select the service ‘Declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of the legislation’ by following the link.

3. Fill in the required data: provide information about the company, equipment and other important safety-related factors.

4. Submit the declaration online - no paperwork and no queues at government offices.

How to track the status of the declaration

After submitting the form, you will be able to track the status of your declaration online in your personal account on the Diia portal. The system will automatically check the document and notify you of any errors, so you can quickly make corrections and submit a revised version.

The ability to submit a declaration has been implemented as part of the ePermit project, which is being developed by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
