What is the Meet & Greet service?

Meet & Greet is a personalized service that provides assistance during arrival or transit from Kyiv. Representatives will meet you at the station, help you go through all the necessary procedures, and ensure comfortable navigation.

The passenger gets access to free parking near the lounge, assistance with luggage, free access to the lounge for 1 hour with coffee or tea of their choice, and even a personal manager who will escort you to the train through a separate exit. Passengers will be met at the train car with a tablet with their name and surname on it.

The concierge service is an ideal option for foreigners, tourists, businessmen, and families with children who value their time and want to start their journey without delay.

How to book a Meet & Greet service in Kyiv?

Book a Meet & Greet service in minutes on the Visit Ukraine website. To do this, you can simply follow the link or contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram. Specialists will help you through all the stages of booking.

To book a service, you must provide the following information in a special form on the website;

- Contact details, first and last name of the passenger;

- Date of travel;

- Time of arrival of the passenger at the station;

- Train and carriage number;

- Car number if you need a parking space for unloading/loading.

After that, you will receive a link to pay for the service. After scanning it, you will receive a QR code in an SMS or on Telegram/Whatsapp to the number specified during the booking. 

The cost of the service is about $30. Children under 7 years of age can use the service free of charge. The maximum number of passengers is 4. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours or more before the specified time, the funds will be refunded in full. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 24 hours and more than 50 minutes in advance, we will refund 50% of the cost.
