The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to automatically extend for one month all mobilisation reservations valid as of 19 December. 

At the same time, the government approved a maximum extension period of 28 February 2025.

Why did you decide to automatically extend the booking?

The decision applies to reservations that are valid as of 19 December 2024 and were made in accordance with Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023. 

The government took this step because the state registries of Ukraine were suspended due to a cyber attack.

What if the booking expired on 20 December?

If an employee's booking expired on 20 December 2024, it will be automatically extended until 20 January 2025.

If the reservation was completed before 19 December, i.e. before the cyber attack, employers will be able to renew it after the registers resume their work.
