Citizens of Ukraine had the opportunity to update their military registration data through the state-owned Reserve+ application until 16 July 2024. At the same time, the Ministry of Defence is working to ensure that Ukrainians can repeat the procedure.

What does the Ministry of Defence say?

The ministry says that once this feature is launched, every change of actual place of residence will be possible in a few clicks.

Updating data for the TCC

As you know, the Reserve+ app was launched in Ukraine on 18 May 2024. After that, Ukrainians were given 60 days to update their personal data for the Territorial Recruitment Centres. The deadline for data submission was 16 July.

Starting from 17 July, Ukrainians who failed to update their data may face fines: from UAH 17,000 to 25,000 for the first offence; from UAH 34,000 to 59,500 for officials and legal entities.

It is worth noting that from 18 May to 16 July, almost 4.7 million Ukrainians updated their account details, of which just over 3 million did so in the Reserve+ app.

Other features in Reserve+

The Ministry of Defence is constantly trying to expand the capabilities of the Reserve+ app. Recently, Ukrainians have been able to apply for a deferment from mobilisation right from their smartphones.

Users just need to log in to the app and send a request. The system will automatically check the information provided through state registers, and if the status is confirmed, the electronic deferment will be instantly reflected in the electronic military registration document.

A new deferment can only be issued when the previous one expires - it is impossible to have two deferments at the same time. 

We remind you! Ukrainian citizens can now join the Army of Drones without leaving their homes. The corresponding function has been launched in the state application Diia.
