VHI can be purchased on the Visit Ukraine portal.

What does VHI insurance cover?

- Expenses for inpatient treatment, food and medicines;

- Rehabilitation (inpatient and post-discharge);

- issuing sick leave certificates;

- dental examination and acute toothache relief;

- Surgical treatment (including endoscopic methods and anaesthesia);

- all diagnostic (laboratory and instrumental) examinations prescribed by a doctor, as well as other medical procedures;

- intensive care and resuscitation;

- medicines prescribed by a doctor;

- chronic diseases in the acute stage;

- injuries, burns, poisoning and other consequences of accidents

Insured events are:

- acute or sudden illnesses;

- temporary disability due to illness or accident;

- disability due to illness or accident;

- death of a person due to illness or accident;

- injury in a road traffic accident;

- temporary disability or death of a person as a result of a road accident.
