We offer you to consider the route from Kharkiv to Kyiv, which is safe and at the same time makes it possible to make any trip along this route truly touristy. Krasnokutsk. Krasnokutsk Arboretum - 13 hectares of exotic plants
Starting your trip from Kharkiv to Kyiv, plan your first stop in Krasnokutsk, which is located about 90 km from Kharkiv. Leaving the city, take the M03 highway west in the direction of Poltava and after about an hour of driving, turn onto the P46 highway and continue driving until you reach Krasnokutsk. This will take you to the Krasnokutsk Arboretum, one of the oldest arboretums in Ukraine, founded in the XVIII century.
Here, on an area of 13 hectares, rare and even exotic trees and shrubs brought from different parts of the world grow, which you will not see anywhere else in Ukraine. Therefore, admiring the local nature and just relaxing under an exotic tree in the Krasnokutskyi arboretum will make your trip to Kyiv emotionally fulfilling.
Poltava. Ivanova Gora and Biletsky Plavni: spirituality and landscapes of Poltava region
Poltava is a Ukrainian city that is a pleasure to drive through. And if you have time for a short stop, visit Ivanova Hora, where the Museum of the Battle of Poltava is located. To get to Pereyaslav, you need to continue on the M03 highway to Boryspil, and then take the T1027 highway in the direction of Pereyaslav. It is about 90 km from Lubny. And if you are already traveling to Kyiv on this highway, not visiting Pereiaslav means losing a lot of new travel experiences. This is an open-air museum city that always welcomes tourists and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure.
There are a huge number of museums here, including ethnographic, archaeological, and historical museums, but the most favorite tourist location in this city is the Pereiaslav National Reserve, where you can plunge into the history of Ukraine through the old buildings and exhibitions dedicated to the traditions and culture of different periods of life in Ukraine.
Kaharlyk. Kaharlyk Park - a place of tranquility and culture
