The situation in Donbas is deteriorating amid the russian army offensive. In this connection, the boarding of persons on evacuation trains from the Pokrovsk station, near which the occupants are conducting active hostilities, has been cancelled.

Where are the residents of Pokrovsk evacuated from?

Starting from 05 September 2024, the initial departure station of evacuation trains that evacuate the civilian population of Donetsk region is defined as Pavlograd station (Dnipropetrovsk region).

It should be noted that the distance between Pokrovsk and Pavlograd is more than 100 kilometres.

How to evacuate?

To take advantage of free travel, you need to:

- Apply by phone (098) 890-33-18.
- Get to the collection point (information about this will be provided during check-in).

In addition, those wishing to evacuate can contact the 24-hour hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration at 1548. For communication via messengers WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber, the number (096) 078-84-33 is available.

Evacuated citizens are provided with:

- Free housing in places of compact residence in Rivne region.

- State assistance to internally displaced persons.

- One-time payment for civilians who are evacuated.

- Humanitarian, psychological and medical assistance and other services.
