Does a foreigner need to come to Ukraine to start a business?

A foreigner's physical presence in Ukraine is not required to start a business. This process can be carried out through a power of attorney issued to a lawyer. If a foreigner is abroad, he or she can issue a power of attorney at the Ukrainian embassy and then send it to lawyers who will start working in Ukraine.
