Do you dream of vacationing at sea in popular tourist countries? Not everyone can get there nowadays. But don't be discouraged, residents of Ukrainian places have a great alternative.

A good beach vacation is possible not only at sea. That's why, to escape the incredible summer heat, we have prepared a selection of the best beach locations in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and other major cities of Ukraine.

Kyiv

Open-air pool at VDNKh. This complex has 2 outdoor pools and water slides for children. You can also visit the bar. Sun lounger rental is included in the ticket price, and children under 1 year old are free.

Sky Family Park. This is the perfect place for your family vacation. Here you can not only relax in the pool, but also visit interactive, entertainment and sports areas. It is possible to rent sun loungers and poufs.

Sobi Club. This is a country club in Vyshgorod with several outdoor pools and water slides for children. You can also rent cottages here and stay for a few days.

Osocor Residence.This is a great complex for families with a cascading pool with several levels of depth, a jacuzzi and children's areas. You can also go wakeboarding and sapa.

Sungrilla Secret Beach. The complex has 2 swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children with heating. There is also a bar with a kitchen.

Dnipro

White beach pool club. This hotel and restaurant complex has pools, a jacuzzi, a sports area, playgrounds and white sand beaches. Drinks and food can be ordered.

Old Park. The Manuylivskyi Park complex has swimming pools, gazebos, karaoke, and a restaurant. There are also recreation and barbecue areas.

Sku water park. On the territory of the Yantarnyi sports complex on the left bank of the Dnipro River, there is a water park with 16 slides, 5 of which are extreme. There are also 4 heated outdoor swimming pools.

River Club Island. This suburban complex is located 30 km from Dnipro on the banks of the Samara River. It offers heated children's and adult swimming pools, sun loungers, towels, tables, convenient descents into the water, and a terrace with a canopy.

Lviv

The lake in Bryukhovychi. The beach is located on the territory of the Korsa recreation complex. The beach is sandy, the lake is not deep, and the entrance is gentle. Therefore, this location is perfect for families with children. Among the available entertainment are walks on rafts, boats and catamarans, cafes and bars.

Zadorozhne Lake. The lake is located on the site of the former Drohovychi limestone quarry. That is why it is sometimes nicknamed “Baikal”. Here you can not only relax by the water, but also go fishing. This lake has several separate beach areas, each with its own rules.

The beach at the Albatross. The Albatross recreation center has a lake with a well-groomed beach and a gentle entrance. The beach infrastructure is fully equipped, cafes, shops, huts, gazebos and barbecues are available.

The beach at the Viking Bay. "Viking Bay is a recreation complex in the Old Village. This place is well-groomed and clean, with a clear lake, sandy beaches, a gentle entrance, water attractions and other necessary infrastructure for families with children. There are also restaurants, bars and a shop, catamaran, boat and kayak rental, even an equipped children's town, an amusement park and a rope park, an equestrian club and a spa.

Palmira Resort is a recreation center.  Here you can enjoy a clean beach, a shallow lake with a gentle entrance, which is great for kids. You can also rent sun loungers, gazebos, and barbecue. The complex has a stage, children's attractions, and playgrounds. Beach parties, light shows, beach volleyball and soccer are held here, and specially equipped playgrounds are available.

Poltava

Country complex “Cape of Good Hope”. You can enjoy nature on the river bank, and for those who like extreme recreation, wakeboarding, sapboarding, boats, catamarans, etc. are available here. The pool area has a restaurant and the first “pool bar” in Poltava. There is also a separate children's pool.

Aquamarine. This complex has swimming pools with crystal clear water, comfortable sun loungers and sunny lawns. It is also possible to rent gazebos and hotel rooms.

OBRIY holiday village. This hotel complex has 16 smart holiday houses, a SPA with a bathhouse and massages, a huge territory with a river, forests and hills that offer incredible views of the valley. The sandy beaches on the Vorskla River are equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Verholy Relax Park. This recreation complex has several heated swimming pools, restaurants and bars. It is also possible to rent gyroscopes and catamarans.

Kharkiv

Arizona beach club. This complex is located on the territory of the Alekseevsky Lugopark, far from the noisy city. There are adult and children's swimming pools, a convenient descent to the river, food courts, barbecue areas, and a bar right in the pool.

Club Misto. The recreation complex has a large swimming pool with enriched artesian water containing a large number of minerals useful for the skin. Group water aerobics classes are often held here.

Terrace Beach Club. The recreation area with swimming pools is located on the roof of the sixth floor of the Nemo Hotel. It offers fantastic views of the city center. Swimming pools, sun loungers and a jacuzzi are available for visitors.

Arcade. This recreational complex offers several adult and 2 children's swimming pools with a mushroom, a bathhouse, and even a restaurant serving European cuisine. Various themed holidays are often held here.

Golden Paradise recreation center. It has the largest swimming pool in Vinnytsia, measuring 40 by 20 meters. The complex also has gazebos, cafes, and children's water slides.

TerraMare residence. This is a popular place for parties, large-scale celebrations, dates, or just a family vacation. The residence has 4 swimming pools for adults and children, a cozy summer restaurant, gazebos, loggias and a large number of sun loungers.
