"Diia" has completed testing of the military reservations service. It has now started working on the portal, where Ukrainians can make a booking in just an hour without leaving home.

"From now on, managers of critical enterprises and enterprises that provide the needs of the Defence Forces can book employees through the portal "Diia", - stated in the message.

How to book an employee through Diia?

- The relevant ministries and the RMA enter into the Unified List of enterprises that are entitled to book employees.

- Heads of enterprises submit lists of persons liable for military duty to be booked through Diia.

- The system automatically checks the data of the persons liable for military duty through the registers. At the same time, the person must be officially employed and his/her military registration data must be in the Register of persons liable for military duty "Oberig".

- "Diia" sends a notification to the manager about the result of the review within twenty-four hours.

- In case of a favourable decision, the system automatically transfers the person liable for military duty to special military registration for the period of validity of the reservation. From that moment he/she is considered to be booked, and information about the reservation appears in the Reserve+ application.

Once a citizen is booked against mobilisation, he/she can receive a paper confirmation of the reservation. Alternatively, if they wish, they can submit paper booking documents. Both forms of document submission will have the same weight.

According to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov, the booking process takes no more than an hour.

As you know, beto-testing of electronic booking through "Diia" began on 4 July this year.

When can an enterprise be recognised as critically important?

The procedure for determining the status of the enterprise of critical importance, as well as the reservation of its employees, are based on the Resolution No. 76 "Some issues of implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilisation Preparation and Mobilisation" regarding the reservation of persons liable for military duty for the period of mobilisation and wartime".

Thus, in order to obtain the relevant status, an enterprise must meet at least three criteria (amount of taxes, revenues, strategic importance, level of average salary, absence of debts, etc.).

At the same time, the Decree provides a simplified procedure for certain enterprises, namely fuel and energy complex, house managers, media and international transport.
