The order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine stipulates that the exchange of a driver's license can now be carried out in the subdivisions of the State Enterprise "Document", which is part of the Migration Service. In particular, the bodies of the State Migration Service will accept applications for the exchange of driver's licenses, send them for inspection to the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for printing at the state enterprise "Document" and issue to citizens.

Thus, the list of bodies where you can exchange driver's licenses has been expanded: citizens will be able to choose a faster and easier way to use the public service. In addition to the subdivisions of the State Enterprise "Document", you can get this service in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and centers for administrative services.
