On July 9, the Cabinet of Ministers published Government Resolution No. 808 on its website, according to which, taking into account the security situation, local commissions will conduct inspections of destroyed and damaged housing in regions where state electronic information resources are available.
All citizens whose housing in the frontline areas has been damaged or destroyed will now be able to apply for compensation.
The next stage of the program's expansion is to provide compensation to residents of the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine.
In the previous article, we told you who can receive compensation from the state for damaged or destroyed housing.
Details of the latest government decision
The work of the Restoration program for the zone of active hostilities was postponed due to the difficulty of confirming the damage or destruction of housing. The security situation did not allow damage verification commissions to work in full.
So far, about UAH 20 billion in payments have been agreed under the eRestoration program for Ukrainians whose housing was damaged by the occupiers.
The government's goal for 2024 is to process 300,000 applications from Ukrainians who want to receive compensation for damaged housing. Such actions will provide housing for almost a million citizens.

How to apply for assistance?
To participate in the eRestoration program, you must submit an application following the following algorithm:
1. Submit an information report on the damaged property on the portal or in the Diia application (Section "Services" - "eVostoinstallation" - "Report damaged property"). You can also do this at the ASC or with the help of a notary;
2. Make sure that the property rights and housing are registered in the State Register of Property Rights. This can be done in Diia in the "eRestoration" section using the "Report damaged housing" service. If your property has been successfully registered, the service will show it among the found ones;
3. Open a bank account for eVosstanovlennya in any bank that is part of the partner network. This can be done at a bank branch or simply through the bank's mobile application;
4. Submit an application for payment. This can be done in Diia in the "Services" section. Select the option "eRestoration" and "Apply for payment";
5. The final step is to fill in all the necessary data required by the service: contact information, benefits, obtaining the consent of co-owners, etc. After that, you can submit your application.
